As a clinic based in Colombia, we follow Colombian data protection law (Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013) along with the medical record and professional confidentiality rules that apply to healthcare providers.

• Health information: reason for consultation, medical and dental history, diagnoses, X-rays, clinical photos and treatment plans.
• Travel details you share so we can schedule appointments around your trip.
• Billing information when a service is provided.
• Website usage data: pages visited, device and traffic source, collected through analytics and advertising measurement tools.

4. Why we use it

• To answer your questions and prepare a written treatment estimate.
• To run your virtual consultation before you travel.
• To book, confirm and remind you of appointments, including by WhatsApp or email.
• To create, keep and update your clinical record and treatment plan.
• To follow up after treatment and monitor results once you are back home.

5. Health data and your consent

Health information is sensitive data. We process it only with your prior, express and informed consent, and only to provide dental care. You are never required to share sensitive data, though without it we may not be able to offer some clinical services.

Before-and-after clinical photos are published only with your specific written authorization.

We keep your clinical record for the period required by Colombian health regulations, and other data for as long as the purposes above require. We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards against loss, unauthorized access and misuse.
