1. Who we are

This website belongs to Dental Arquitec, a dental clinic at C.C. Los Molinos Torre Ejecutiva, Consultorio 1509, Suite 1509, Laureles — Medellín, Colombia. Clinic hours are Mon – Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Sat: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Colombia time, GMT-5).

2. Information here is for guidance only

Content about treatments, timelines and results is informational and educational. It is not a diagnosis and does not replace an in-person clinical evaluation by one of our specialists.

Every case is different: your final treatment plan is defined only after we examine you and review your records.

3. Virtual consultations and estimates

• A virtual consultation before you travel is a planning conversation, not a diagnosis.
• Written estimates are based on the photos and information you share and may be adjusted after the in-person evaluation in Medellín.
• Requesting an appointment through the form or WhatsApp is a request; it is confirmed once our team replies with a date and time.
• Please let us know as early as possible if your travel plans change so we can offer the slot to another patient.

4. Prices and payments

Prices are set in Colombian pesos. Any figure shown in US dollars is a reference only and depends on the exchange rate and your bank's fees on the day of payment. Promotions are time-limited, cannot be combined with other discounts and may change without notice.

5. Travel arrangements

We help you plan appointments around your trip, but flights, accommodation, transfers, travel insurance and visa requirements are your responsibility. We are not liable for costs arising from flight changes, delays or travel restrictions.

6. Acceptable use

• You may view, print and share content for personal, non-commercial use.
• You may not copy, reproduce or reuse content commercially without our written permission.
• You may not attempt to breach the site's security, scrape data automatically or interfere with its operation.
• You may not submit false information or someone else's details through our forms without their consent.

7. Intellectual property

The Dental Arquitec name, logo, texts, clinical photographs and site design are ours or used with permission. Use without authorization is prohibited.

8. Third-party links and services

The site connects to external services such as WhatsApp, contact forms, maps and measurement tools. Those services follow their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their availability or content.

9. How we handle your data

Information you share with us is processed according to our privacy policy, linked at the bottom of every page.

10. Limitation of liability

We work to keep the site available and up to date, but we do not guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors. We are not liable for decisions made solely on published information without a clinical evaluation.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services or applicable regulations change. The version published on this page is always the one in force.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Colombian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Medellín, Colombia.
